Sure thing.  I have several sets of clients that train in pairs.  Small group training is a great way to go, and I&#039;m starting to move a lot of my training to groups of 2-5 clients.

It is a good savings as for personal training.  I train one-on-one currently at $55.00 per hour and $75.00 for a pair, for example.</description>

		<description>Onother , in between, option is to hirs a person trainer with a friend. It is 1/2 the price of one on one and you can still get individual attention while still having a workout buddy, how may not be on the same level as you are.</description>
