Bangor, ME Athletic Conditioning Circuit

I just kicked my own butt and caught it on camera, so I thought I’d share it for you guys!

Perform 3-5 rounds of the following circuit. Scale the weights and heights as necessary.

A1) Push-up Down-and-Ups (12″): 1×10
A2) Sandbag Zercher Squats (80 lb bag): 1×10
A3) Rope Recline Rows: 1×10
A4) Frog Jumps: 1×10
A5) Kettlebell Snatch (50lb): 1×5 each arm
