  When it comes to performing at your best, one of the cornerstones of success is a proper diet.  Many people have a hard time figuring out what diet plan is right for them.  Time and time again I’ve discovered with my clients that the reason for their dietary struggles isn’t that they’re unwilling.  The problem lies in a lack of basic knowledge.  They quite simply don’t know enough about nutrition to make the best choices for themselves.     

That’s why I put this E-Course together.  I’m going to spend eight days talking to you about nutrition.  After we’re finished you’re going to be left with a strong understanding of the building blocks of nutrition.  You’ll be able to make educated decisions about what dietary practices you should follow to enhance your performance. Here’s the table of contents of the course, just so you get an idea of what’s ahead. Day 1:  The Importance of Nutrition and Calorie Basics
